Location

Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using
C# and SpecFlow
.
Convert business requirements and user stories into
BDD-based Gherkin scenarios
.
Perform
UI, API, functional, and regression testing
using automation tools.
Build scalable and reusable automation solutions from scratch.
Integrate test automation into
CI/CD pipelines
(Azure DevOps preferred).
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners in an
Agile/Scrum
environment.
Identify, log, and track defects; assist with troubleshooting and resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Lead Engineer (6-8 years):

Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Proven ability to design automation frameworks from scratch.
Hands-on experience with C#, SpecFlow, Selenium, RestSharp, and Azure DevOps.
Experience driving automation strategy within Agile teams.

Junior Engineer (4-6 years):

Solid hands-on skills in
C#, SpecFlow, Selenium, and API testing
.
Understanding of
BDD concepts
and Agile methodologies.
Experience in integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
