Job Description

As a BY Tester at Capgemini Engineering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that business processes align with industry best practices and client objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that business processes adhere to industry best practices and align with client objectives - Overseeing the collection and analysis of necessary data from various sources - Performing detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document configuration requirements - Translating business requirements into JDA / Blue Yonder application specifications - Leading solution blueprinting and detailed design activities - Assigning configuration tasks to project members and tracking completion - Supporting data management and data integration activities - Assessing project performance and documenting lessons learned Qualifications required for this role include: - Overall 3 to 6 years of experience - 3+ years of experience implementing supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions JDA / Blue Yonder - Certified as a JDA / Blue Yonder WMS or has completed all requirements for JDA / Blue Yonder WMS Functional certification - Experience in leading a team through full lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution - Experience in Agile methodology - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in supply chain operations - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data - Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively - Experience leading a project team in a client environment Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
