About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented Butler to join our luxury wellness resort in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will have a warm demeanor, attention to detail, and prior experience in premium hospitality or resort environments. You will play a key role in delivering a personalized and elevated guest experience in line with wellness hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to resort guests, including room service, wake-up calls, and special requests

• Greet and escort guests upon arrival and departure

• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and front office to ensure seamless guest experience

• Assist in packing/unpacking, laundry arrangements, and itinerary support for guests

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all guest interactions

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and common areas

• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions or enhancements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or resort service

• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Preferred)

• Polished appearance and professional etiquette

• Warm, courteous, and attentive personality

• Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Background in Ayurveda or wellness hospitality is an added advantage
