Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Personalised Service

  • Provide warm, respectful, and anticipatory service to all guests throughout their stay.
  • Offer personalized assistance including room orientation, schedule coordination, wellness program guidance, and facility navigation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of tulhs treatments, rituals, dining concepts, and wellness pathways to support guest queries.
  • Handle guest preferences with sensitivity, ensuring every interaction aligns with tulh’s ethos of mindful hospitality.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure guest rooms and suites are impeccably prepared, stocked, and maintained with all amenities according to wellness standards.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments—Housekeeping, Culinary, Wellness, Transport, and Retreat Hosts—to deliver unified service.
  • Manage guest requests swiftly and accurately, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Support arrival and departure rituals, including luggage assistance, check-in coordination, and farewell experiences.

Professional Conduct

  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and composure at all times.
  • Uphold grooming, communication, and conduct standards befitting a luxury wellness sanctuary.
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Administration & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and essential notes.
  • Support the team with scheduling, daily briefings, and reporting.
  • Assist in wellness program coordination, ensuring guests follow their treatment timelines smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Associate, or similar role in luxury hospitality/wellness environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality etiquette, guest psychology, and service rituals.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and deliver discreet, thoughtful guest care.
  • High level of organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of wellness programs, Ayurveda traditions, or holistic therapies is an added advantage.
