Your Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute commercial strategy to expand the client portfolio, increase cross-selling, and drive revenue growth. - Focus on international expansion, with a particular emphasis on strengthening business in the US (50%) and Europe (50%). - Implement efficient recruitment, management, and operational processes for effective business structuring. - Manage client relationships by leveraging networks to enhance existing accounts and secure new business. - Monitor key metrics for revenue and performance management, ensuring profitability. Your Background: - 4-5 years of experience as a Business Unit Director in an IT consultancy company. - Proven track record in international business development, particularly within the Indian market. - Possess a Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Key Skills: - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive business growth. - Expertise in IT and engineering domains. - Experience in team recruitment, coaching, and operational structuring. - Proficiency in building and executing effective scaling strategies. Soft Skills: - Fluent in Indian and English languages with exceptional communication skills. - Strong business acumen, decision-making autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset. - Ability to engage with international top management across regions like the US, Canada, and Europe.
