Business Systems Analyst - Workday

As a Business Systems Analyst with 8-10 years of experience in the HR technology domain, specifically with a strong background in Workday HCM systems, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, focusing on Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting modules. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements effectively. - Configure and provide support for various Workday modules such as EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reports. - Identify system enhancements, propose solutions, and ensure their timely implementation. - Support ongoing system administration, data integrity, testing, and troubleshooting activities. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions efficiently. - Provide assistance during system updates, UAT, and post-deployment activities. - Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows accurately. In terms of qualifications and skills required for this role, you should possess: - 8-10 years of experience in the HR technology domain, with a significant focus on Workday. - Hands-on experience with Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Workday Reporting (including Advanced/Composite reports), EIBs, and Calculated Fields. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. This job requires you to be based out of any of the major office locations across India and work from the office for 5 days a week.,
