Business Support Service (Fresher)

As an Executive - Business Support Services at a leading MNC in the Events & Exhibition Industry located in Mumbai (Andheri), your main role is to contact prospects with the aim of signing them up for B2B Exhibitions, Conferences & Awards. This will involve using phone calls as the primary method of communication, supplemented by email channels. Your responsibilities will include meeting performance targets as per project requirements, handling customer queries, and entering necessary details into the database. Key Responsibilities: - Contact prospects to secure their participation in events - Meet performance targets and standards set by the project - Handle customer queries effectively - Maintain accurate database records Qualifications Required: - Freshers with fluent English communication preferred - Educational background of Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Proficiency in English language In addition to the above job details, it is important to note that the work schedule for this role is on a full-time, permanent basis with day shifts from Monday to Friday. The working hours are 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM with a total of 9 hours per day. The office follows a hybrid working model where the first week consists of 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home, while the second week has 2 days in office and 3 days remote. This alternating schedule continues every week. Furthermore, the position offers insurance benefits and reports to the Assistant Manager of Business Support Services.
