Position: Business Studies Teacher
Qualification: M.Com + B.Ed
Phoenix International School(CBSE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative teaching strategies.
• Evaluate students’ academic progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Guide students in developing analytical, problem-solving, and business-oriented thinking.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, department heads, and school management for curriculum planning.
• Actively participate in school events, workshops, and staff meetings.
• Provide academic and career guidance to students.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and Business Studies subject.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage students through interactive and practical teaching methods.
• Proficiency in using technology (smart boards, digital tools, MS Office, etc.) in teaching.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to mentor students.

Experience Required:

• Relevant teaching experience in Business Studies preferred.
• Freshers with strong academic background and passion for teaching may also apply.
