It is essential to have a strong customer service orientation with good listening skills and attention to detail. - Ensure thorough process knowledge and take ownership of customer queries - Demonstrate complete command over tools and applications used in customer service - Utilize documentation skills by working with spreadsheets and document software - Maintain a good typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy - Meet process targets related to ticket servicing volume, response speed, accuracy, and resolution times - Display teamwork, positive attitude, and openness to feedback - Be flexible to work in a 24/7 shift environment and adapt to changes in work schedules - Show willingness for continuous learning and skill upgradation - Possess basic computer skills and knowledge of common applications - Prior work experience in international customer service environment preferred - 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role - Prior experience in handling customer requests in an international customer service environment - Basic understanding of operating a laptop/desktop and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts - Familiarity with contact center/chat applications, ticketing tools, and email software - Strong customer service orientation with good listening skills and attention to detail Please note that the above qualifications and responsibilities are essential for excelling in the role of Customer Service Associate at our company.
