Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gautam Buddha Nagar for a Business Process Outsourcing position. The individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing business processes, analyzing performance data, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth outsourcing operations. The role involves collaborating with various teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness in business practices. Qualifications \n Experience in managing Business Processes and Outsourcing operations Strong Analytical Skills for performance evaluation and decision-making Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Understanding of Business fundamentals and best practices Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
