BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

Role Overview: You will be working as a Business Process Analyst within the Global Optimization & Business Intelligence team at Rockwell Automation. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to drive process optimization, enhance customer experience, and manage stakeholder interactions in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for reducing transactional efforts through efficient processes to expedite issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Transition processes ensuring high service quality for internal and external customers in a timely manner - Create process flow charts and standard operating instructions - Define and agree on SLA and TAT for newly transitioned processes - Own and manage customer experience by providing faster resolution, effortless experience, and better customer connect - Resolve issues related to pre-sales, post-sales, or order-tracking support through active listening, ownership, and organization skills - Drive continuous process improvement and control initiatives - Identify areas for automation and promote opportunities for automation - Enhance competency level through knowledge enhancement activities - Publish timely dashboards to track performance metrics Qualifications Required: - Mandatory full-time Bachelor's Degree - Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst - Expertise with SAP CRM, ERP, ECC - Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and other productivity applications - Strong active listening, written, and verbal communication skills - Willingness for business travel - Knowledge of Rockwell Automation Business Model - Desirable Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma in Management - Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Knowledge of Power BI Additional Company Details: Rockwell Automation's hybrid policy requires employees to work at a Rockwell location at least on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.,
