Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Owner, located in Meerut. The Business Owner will oversee day-to-day operations, manage inventory, ensure product quality, and develop strategic plans to grow the business. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, maintaining customer relationships, handling financial transactions, and marketing products through various channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, strategic planning, and financial oversight
• Knowledge of inventory management, quality control, and logistics
• Skills in marketing, customer relationship management, and public relations
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for historical craftsmanship and an understanding of the LARP and SCA communities is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
