Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process loan disbursement requests, ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed.
Validate customer KYC, loan agreements, invoice details, and other pre-disbursement documents.
Upload and maintain accurate data in loan management and disbursement systems (LMS / LOS).
Handle reconciliation of disbursement accounts and maintain audit-ready records.
Verify and ensure all disbursement documentation adheres to internal policy and regulatory norms.
Maintain proper custody of original loan and vehicle-related documents.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of financial documentation, KYC, and compliance procedures.
Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and data handling.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, loan management systems.
