Business Operations and Invoicing Management

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of partner data, locations, and invoicing setups in our platform and ERP system. It will be crucial to monitor for any missing setups and promptly address any gaps that may impact invoicing. Additionally, you will update transaction dates for enterprise customer orders to facilitate proper invoicing processes. Following training provided by the company, you will be managing configurations of the Servify platform to meet specified objectives. Troubleshooting partner issues, identifying root causes, and providing timely resolutions will be essential duties. As a part of the Operations team, you will acquire the necessary skills to configure platforms for all our services effectively. Candidates are required to have familiarity with invoicing processes in specific countries, including India, USA, Canada, UK, Netherlands, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. This includes understanding local sales tax regulations and applicable rates. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as lookup functions, text manipulation, nested IF statements, and data analysis tools will be advantageous. A customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering value for both customers and the organization are essential.
