The Partner Performance and Experience team at GPRS is a diverse and dedicated group of individuals spread across the globe, each bringing unique backgrounds, expertise, and experiences to contribute effectively. The team focuses on facilitating collaboration between Cisco Field and Partners to drive sales and achieve significant goals. By exploring innovative approaches, the team aims to enhance partner performance, scale capabilities, and elevate the overall partner experience. The Black Belt Academy serves as a unified education framework encompassing all Cisco architectures and cutting-edge solutions. This framework equips Cisco Partners with the necessary skills to excel in selling, deploying, supporting, and adopting the latest technologies and software solutions offered by Cisco. The persona-based enablement approach of the Black Belt Academy caters to individuals within Cisco Partners and Distributors fulfilling various roles such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, CX, etc., tailored to their specific needs and interests. The framework also emphasizes Return on Education metrics for both Partners and Cisco. As a Content Business Operations Analyst (BOA) for the Data Center Content within the Black Belt Academy, you will be entrusted with the global ownership of Architecture and Technology. Your responsibilities will include curating, creating, and aligning relevant content for role-based learning maps to enable Partners to deliver compelling pitches to customers, while ensuring effective deployment and support of solutions. Collaborating with key Cisco Solution Plus, Strategic, ISV, and Cloud partners, you will drive the delivery of joint solutions and technology training to Cisco's Partners, Distributors, and Sales Staff. Additionally, you will monitor the usage of the educational framework by Partners and strive to maximize adoption. Your role involves collating, curating, and designing training curriculum for the entire Architecture Portfolio, encompassing DCN ACI, Nexus, Compute UCS, Storage MDS, Software Intersight & Nexus Dashboard, and all associated technologies. You will work with stakeholders to maintain Data Center learnings within the Black Belt Academy, create and evaluate quizzes, facilitate collaboration with various teams to drive the Architecture Curriculum, and ensure the content is engaging and up-to-date. Moreover, you will play a key role in fostering Partner and GEO Communities around education and enhancing Return on Education Metrics. The ideal candidate for this role should possess an IT background with practical experience in Cisco technologies, CCNA and/or CCNP certifications, strong communication skills, and at least 8 years of relevant experience in training and enablement. A thorough understanding of Cisco Architectures and Solutions, experience in the Partner ecosystem, and a focus on programmability are desired. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and solutions, along with a proactive approach to staying abreast of industry transitions and market trends.
