As a Business Operation & Supply Chain Executive at "Greenhandle", you will play a crucial role in executing new orders and projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicating, discussing, presenting, and ensuring timely execution of ongoing orders and projects through effective supply chain processes. - Managing and executing orders from the BD & sales team by coordinating with the Vendor Sourcing & Designing Team. - Acting as the point of contact for customers and vendors, sharing progress updates via email and calls. - Conducting calls, meetings, and presentations with customers, vendors, and the designing team to ensure product specifications, execution, and timely delivery. - Collaborating with various teams including BD & Sales, Vendor Sourcing, Designing, and logistics to complete the order fulfillment process. - Regularly meeting with new customers to understand their product requirements and efficiently manage the existing supply chain process. - Creating and maintaining a database of prospective client information, inventory, and forecasting future requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A keen interest in building a career in business operations and supply chain. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and vendors effectively. - Strong analytical and time-management skills with a goal-oriented approach. - The ability to work independently or as part of a team. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 1-6 years of experience in business operations and supply chain. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Background experience in the Packaging Industry or Startup will be advantageous. - Strong tech skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
