Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager located in Mathura. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, developing marketing strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves regular performance assessments of agents and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a sales team
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and policies
• Ability to work on-site in Mathura and manage regular fieldwork
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
