Business Managers (Electric Vehicles)

As a Business Manager at Massive Mobility's CEO's Office in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for driving growth in the Electric Vehicle industry through superior product execution, customer outreach, and managing customer expectations. You will work in either the 1C or Bharat Mobility vertical, managing client relationships, lead generation, and building customer happiness index. This role offers vertical growth opportunities and can lead to a senior position in a short period. Your responsibilities will include building a sales channel to generate leads, closing deals, and ensuring end-user satisfaction. You will identify and pursue leads within the target market segment using various channels like cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their specific needs related to EV leasing and battery solutions, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process will be crucial. You will also conduct engaging sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and advantages of the products and services while driving product development based on end-user expectations and experiences. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Sales/Marketing from a Tier-1 college, with an MBA in Marketing being preferred. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with 1-2 years of work experience in B2B sales, content marketing, or product management, particularly in the Automobile/EV industry.
