Business Manager

The Business Manager role is responsible for leading sales within the Pharmaceutical industry. You will partner with the national marketing team and agencies to deliver results, driving future growth for the business by connecting the healthcare industry to doctors. As a Business Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with Pharmaceutical Industries to develop, implement, and optimize strategic plans to meet annual sales goals and objectives - Building and managing collaborative relationships with marketing peers, national agencies, media vendors, and owner-operators - Serving as a key liaison with the activation team for media agency partnerships - Building relationships with Pharmaceutical members, focusing on representatives of leading healthcare and pharma brands - Handling day-to-day implementation and stewardship of national media strategies for our relevance initiatives - Identifying areas for optimization based on changing marketplace dynamics and business results - Leading the audience and providing guidance on new opportunities for team members working on pharma digital campaigns - Monitoring the marketplace for new opportunities and partnering with the sales head for closure - Partnering with cross-functional teams in the analysis of new opportunities Qualifications: - Sales experience of minimum 7-8+ years - Proficiency in English and Hindi - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Data-driven with a passion for testing and optimization - Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment - Strong communication skills - Hard-working, efficient, timely, and organized,
