Business Management Specialist, VP

As a Business Management Specialist at Deutsche Bank, your role involves aligning business operations with the bank's mission and goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with India COO, CBIB Ops and Controls to drive the strategy for business operations and running horizontal themes for people & culture, risk & governance, transformation, etc. - Creating and maintaining governance structures around horizontal pillars for periodic reviews, providing visibility & transparency. - Analyzing performance indicators as part of the Balance Score Card and presenting them to management for timely action. - Creating management decks and collaborating with local and global management to provide detailed views and drive informed decisions. - Collaborating with various teams across businesses to achieve divisional objectives. - Creating senior management decks on Year-End Compensation for reviews and decision-making.
