Business Intelligence Manager I, Operations

As a skilled Business Intelligence Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in constructing and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions to transform data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include developing user-friendly dashboards and reports, understanding business stakeholders" objectives, translating data into effective visualizations, and collaborating with IT to enhance existing processes. Your analytical prowess, problem-solving abilities, and previous experience in data and business analysis will be key assets in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop actionable insights through reports and dashboards for making business decisions - Understand stakeholders" objectives and important metrics for performance measurement - Translate data into impactful visualizations - Share knowledge with teammates to enhance analytics impact - Design an overall strategy for analytics to improve user experience - Review analytics for quality before delivery to stakeholders - Manage version control and create technical documentation - Collaborate with IT to enhance processes - Develop and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures - Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs - Optimize code for improved performance of visualizations - Experience with custom/third-party visuals **Qualification Required:** - Graduate or equivalent qualification, preferably in a related field; Masters degree preferred - 6-8 years of analytical experience in Data and Analytics, including building reports and dashboards - 6-8 years of experience with visualization tools like Power BI, with expertise in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data model building - Experience in enabling stakeholders for data-driven decision making - Expertise in data transformation/configuration and connecting data with Power BI - Exposure to implementing row-level security and bookmarks **Additional Details:** You will be joining Kroll, a global valuation and corporate finance advisor known for bringing clarity to complex business challenges.
