Business Intelligence Engineer II

As a Business Intelligence Engineer II at TekWissen, your role will involve building out comprehensive metrics to measure operational health and demonstrating continuous improvement within these metrics. You will be the voice of your customers, effectively communicating the needs of candidates, associates, and staffing coordinators to stakeholders using data. Your ability to uncover and drive unanticipated outcomes will be instrumental, along with acquiring various data sources for holistic global-level analysis. Additionally, you will create data visualizations to convey insights and mentor junior engineers to foster innovation and drive results.
