Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Data Integration & ETL Development Design and develop ETL pipelines to consolidate data from multiple MongoDB databases into Azure Cosmos DB. Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation for accurate and consistent datasets. Troubleshoot and optimize data flows for scalability and performance. 2. Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau for internal stakeholders (marketing, finance, product). Analyze user behavior, subscription trends, and engagement data to drive strategic decisions. Develop real-time and historical data insights for performance tracking. 3. API & Cloud Integration Collaborate with backend developers to integrate BI dashboards into the Wishtales mobile app and website. Work with Microsoft Azure services for cloud-based data storage, orchestration, and analytics. 4. Advanced Data Analytics & AI-Driven Insights Implement sentiment analysis and behavioral analytics to understand user preferences. Work on predictive models for subscription retention and engagement optimization. 5. Security, Compliance & Data Governance Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and audit data access logs for integrity. Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field. 2-3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics. Technical Skills NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB (or similar) ETL Development: Data pipelines, Azure Data Factory, Data Warehousing BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau (dashboard creation and reporting) Cloud & API Integration: Microsoft Azure, REST APIs Programming: Python, SQL, R (for data analysis and automation) Big Data & Machine Learning (Bonus): Spark, Hadoop, ML models Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to collaborate across teams (engineering, product, marketing) Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
