Business Intelligence Developer - Power BI

As a Business Intelligence Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models. You will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines using various cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, BigQuery, AWS Redshift, etc. Your tasks will include implementing complex DAX calculations, measure groups, and row-level security models within Power BI. Additionally, you will develop robust T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support BI solutions and data transformations. It will be your responsibility to design and maintain scalable data models including star schemas, fact/dimension structures, and EDW frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models - Build and optimize data pipelines using cloud data platforms - Implement complex DAX calculations, measure groups, and row-level security models in Power BI - Develop T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support BI solutions - Design and maintain scalable data models, including star schemas and fact/dimension structures - Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver analytics for CRM and PSA systems - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across BI platforms - Conduct performance tuning of reports, datasets, queries, and data models - Implement and manage Power BI security models Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Power BI - Expertise in Azure Synapse, BigQuery, AWS data tools, or multi-cloud analytics environments - Advanced skills in DAX, T-SQL, and data modeling best practices - Strong understanding of star schemas, dimensional modeling, and EDW concepts - Experience working on CRM/PSA analytics - Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Company Additional Details: The company (ref:hirist.tech) is focused on providing technical solutions and expertise in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.,
