Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather reporting requirements and analyze data to provide recurring reports.
• Perform quality assurance and test conclusions to ensure analysis validity.
• Select the right analysis methods for accurate analysis.
• Deliver recurring reports and analyses to stakeholders on time.
• Extract data from operational systems and databases for decision-making purposes.
• Use standardized dashboards and best reporting practices to support BI needs.
• Understand end-user needs and collaborate for clarity on assignment intent and purpose.
• Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders on analysis and reporting.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a relevant quantitative field.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

• Experience analyzing data and developing clear and accurate conclusions.
• Experience in sales or supporting a sales organization is preferred.
• Microsoft's advanced BI technologies (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) hands-on experience is a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Data modeling tools.
• Conceptual understanding of big data (Volume, Velocity, and Variety).
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Python/R, ML is an added advantage.
• 2-4 years of experience in analytics and data modeling/KPI reporting.
• Technical knowledge and skills in Power BI, SQL (Python/R/ML knowledge is an added advantage).
