Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze reporting requirements to provide accurate, recurring reports.
• Perform quality assurance and validation of data and conclusions to ensure analysis accuracy.
• Select the appropriate analysis methods to address specific issues and deliver the most precise insights.
• Extract data from operational systems and databases to support decision-making processes.
• Utilize globally standardized dashboards and best reporting practices to support the organizations BI needs.
• Collaborate with senior BI analysts and BI leaders to clarify analysis intent and understand end-user requirements.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with key stakeholders on analysis and reporting.
• Build and uphold Cummins leadership culture by demonstrating leadership behaviors consistently in this role.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of

  3-4 years of experience

  in BI analysis.
• Strong proficiency in

  SSIS, SQL

  , and

  Power BI

• Experience analyzing data, developing accurate conclusions, and delivering reports required.
• Experience supporting a customer-focused organization preferred.
