Role Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with leadership teams to drive and implement strategic HR initiatives supporting business objectives. Candidate Profile: - 7-13 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in strategic HR consulting, business HR, talent management, employee engagement, and change management. - Prior experience in multinational financial services, consulting, or technology organizations preferred. - Strong exposure to HR process design, transformation projects, and senior stakeholder management. - MBA/PGDM in HR from a top-tier institution preferred (e.g., IMI Delhi, IIMs, XLRI, MDI). - Hands-on experience with HR tools like SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, and HR analytics platforms.
