Location : Bangalore, Mumbai , Textile Hubs (remote) Responsibilities Build and grow domestic & international business Manage the entire P&L for the vertical Increase the wallet share and further deepen business relationships with existing customers Identify, prospect and generate business leads and acquire new customers Achieve monthly sales, margins and collections target • Focus on customer retention and pro-actively work to get repeat orders Share market insights and work closely with PD and R&D team on new product development Create channel partner & dealer network Set-up the supply chain and supplier network in India & China as per product requirement Build merchandising & ops team to manage supplier and ensure timely production as per quality standards Requirements Must have 15+ years of experience in a trading firm/manufacturing unit in the respective industry verticals Proven experience in business development and sales Should have a strong product knowledge and technical knowledge Strong supplier relationship for product sourcing Candidate should be open to meet supplier/buyer proactively, ready to go to Market Must have's : Textile Products/ Fabrics handled ( yarn & fibre, fashion, technical textile)
