As a Business Development Associate at OBAOL Supreme, you will play a key role in connecting with verified agro professionals, building strong relationships, and driving growth in Indias emerging digital agro trade network. **Responsibilities:** - Connect with verified buyers, sellers, and traders to expand OBAOLs trusted network. - Understand client needs and present relevant trade solutions. - Collaborate with Relationship Partners (RPs) to support deal closures. - Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and performance outcomes. **Requirements:** - Experience in B2B sales, preferably in agriculture, export/import, or logistics. - Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Goal-oriented mindset with a record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Understanding of commodity trading processes is a plus.
