Job Description

As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to enhance performance from start to finish. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that the implementation aligns with the overall business requirements. You will also focus on designing or redesigning processes and defining organizational structures to achieve optimal results. Expected to be an SME, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing, while monitoring project progress and implementing necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. In terms of professional and technical skills, you must have proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing, a strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies, experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and familiarity with change management principles and practices. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing and hold a 15 years full-time education qualification. This position is based at our Mumbai office.,
