Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve collaborating with teams to implement business functions effectively. Your typical day will include analyzing processes, facilitating discussions, and ensuring that the team is aligned with project goals. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payment Card Acquiring. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Experience in stakeholder management to ensure alignment and support across various teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Payment Card Acquiring. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
