Business Function Implement Practitioner

As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, your role involves supporting the implementation of activities for a specific business function to enhance end-to-end performance. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and defining parts of an organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate and manage the team effectively to ensure efficient performance - Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead process improvement initiatives within the organization - Develop strategies to enhance business function performance Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles - Experience in implementing SCM solutions - Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement - Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration capabilities - Expertise in JDE- S&D (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, warehouse management, and transportation) The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM), with experience in the JDE Manufacturing module as a plus. You must have the ability to work on different projects and shifts, a good understanding of business concepts, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication (written and oral-in English) and interpersonal skills are also required. A 15 years full-time education is a prerequisite.,
