Business Finance - FP&A Design

As a Financial Modelling expert at CynLr, your role is crucial in transforming expenses into investments by designing financial models and management systems. You will be responsible for mapping the value movement across different departments and weaving intangible value into the pricing strategy. Your role extends to automating the building of the organization, not just its operations. Key Responsibilities: - Model the operations of the organization to determine product pricing and set revenue goals. - Collaborate with department heads to derive investment projections based on revenue goals, departmental functioning, capacity, and efficiency. - Design financial indicators for cost centers and integrate performance indicators into all business functions. - Assist in deriving KPIs across business functions, model budgets, compensation structures, and incentivization schemes. - Provide financial performance assessments for appraisal and budget approvals. - Conduct training sessions to instill cost and budget-oriented thinking in non-financial department heads. Qualifications Required: - Experience in performance appraisals, budget allocation, commission computation, and revenue target modeling. - Strong background in business analysis and financial research. - Proficiency in handling International Hardware R&D setups and product lifecycles. - Familiarity with business insight, Excel proficiency, accounting principles, P&L sheet preparation, valuation report making, financial report making, financial audit, and company secretary coordination.,
