Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager with a primary focus on sales growth across all Ecommerce channels, D2C, marketplace and Quick commerce.

This role is responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, optimizing conversion funnels and ensuring seamless collaboration with platform, marketing and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will own the entire sales process from lead generation to revenue realization while driving continuous improvement in customer experience and platform performance.

1. Sales Target & Revenue Growth

2. Funnel Management & Conversion Optimization

3. Platform Coordination & Internal Alignment

4. Campaign Management & Demand Generation

5. Customer Experience & Retention (Sales Impact)

6. Partnerships & Channel Development

7. Reporting, Forecasting & MIS

Tools: Helium, SEMrush/Ahref, CRM tool Customer-io/Contlo, Amazon Pi, Google merchant centre, Google search console, Uniware, any D2c website handling.

Ads Platform: Amazon, Flipkart, Tata1mg, Blinkit, Zepto Ads, Meta Ads, Google ads

Platform: Amazon, Flipkart, Cred, Tata 1mg, Nykaa, Myntra, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy instamart & community commerce

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces
  • Strong marketing and sales strategy skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cohesively with internal teams and externally with clients
  • Relevant experience in the skincare and beauty product industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Location - Vasai
