Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach strategies.
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales and Negotiation:
• Develop customized proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress in CRM systems.
• Provide regular reports on performance metrics and business development activities to senior management.
• Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
