Sipcot, Sriperumbudur, (outskirts of Chennai), Tamil Nadu

Role Description

On campus face-2-face offline teaching project for a reputed corporate client. The Business English Teacher will be responsible for creating text-based lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Additional responsibilities include tailoring teaching methods to meet individual student needs and continually enhancing the curriculum to ensure high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• CELTA or TEFL/TESOL is required
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field is preferred
• Any relevant certifications or qualifications for teaching English for specific purposes (ESP)

Skills and abilities

• Experience in teaching Business English to adults at CEFR- A2, B1& B2 levels
• Strong communication and English grammar skills
• Experience developing tasks-based lesson plans from published text books
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage senior level managers
• Ability to work independently and remotely

42-45,000

Teaching hours

• Maximum 5 hours per day (90 min-sessions)
• 3 levels on CEFR: A2, B1& B2
• Class strength: 7-10 students per level
• 30-minute break between sessions
