Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Online Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and others. You will play a critical role in securing new clients, building relationships, and closing deals to support the company’s growth.. Key Responsibilities: Bidding on various platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc. Preparing and writing proposals for clients. Managing client communication, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Coordinating with the technical team to understand project scope and deliverables. Keeping track of bids and following up with potential clients. Achieving monthly targets and contributing to the business development strategy. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an online bidder or business development executive. Good communication and writing skills in English. Ability to understand IT services like Web Development, Web Designing, Digital Marketing, etc. Perks: Fixed salary + incentives based on performance. Friendly and growth-oriented environment.
