Business Develpopment Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and close sales.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their business needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to tailor offerings to client requirements.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead, prospect, and client information.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, or conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
