Position Details

• Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Location: Surat (Work From Office)

• Experience: Freshers to 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities

· Generate and manage inbound & outbound leads.

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

· Conduct SaaS product demonstrations and client presentations.

· Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.

· Ability to understand business requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

· Basic knowledge of IT Services, Software Solutions, or SaaS Products is preferred.

· Good business network and client relationships.

· Proven deal-closing experience.

· Ability to generate business independently from day one.
