Business Development

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development with 0–5 years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and customer enquiries. The candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Make inbound and outbound calls and follow up with customers.
• Explain interior design, furniture, renovation and construction services.
• Handle telesales and convert enquiries into potential customers.
• Meet clients and understand their requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design and Site teams.
• Schedule meetings, site visits and customer appointments.
• Maintain customer details, lead records and follow-up reports.
• Handle basic office administration and documentation.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, builders and contractors.
• Support sales, business development and achieve targets.

Eligibility

• DCE / DME / B.E. Civil / B.E. Mechanical.
• 0–5 years of experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
• Languages: Tamil & English.
• Any Graduate.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
• PF + ESI.
