AIFISE is scaling identity automation and compliance infrastructure for fintechs, banks, and regulated industries. We are looking for a Business Development professional who can build strong relationships, identify strategic opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth. If you are driven by results, understand the fintech ecosystem, and thrive in fast moving environments, this role fits you well. Key Responsibilities You will work closely with customers, product teams, and engineering to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Your responsibilities include platform configuration, integration mapping, API enablement, and ensuring smooth deployment. You will also support scalability planning, security alignment, and best practice architecture for long term success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development within SaaS or fintech
Strong understanding of lead qualification, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
Ability to communicate value propositions, product benefits, and competitive positioning clearly
Comfortable running product demos, client conversations, and negotiation discussions
Experience working with CRM platforms and structured sales processes
Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work with decision makers and stakeholders
