As a confident and client-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager at Pexora, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the LED display solutions business. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and connecting with B2B prospects in industries across East India. - Conducting client meetings to understand both technical and aesthetic display requirements. - Offering tailored solutions using Pexora's product range in collaboration with technical teams from Xtreme Media. - Creating compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations that align with client needs. - Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale coordination. - Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Keeping accurate sales data, reports, and pipeline tracking. To excel in this role, you should ideally have: - 25 years of experience in B2B solution sales (preferably in high-ticket tech, AV, infrastructure, or capital goods). - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - A consultative selling approach with a strong client-service mindset. - The ability to convey technical information clearly. - Self-driven and target-focused attitude. - A graduate degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. An MBA is a plus.
