Stipend: ₹10k-₹15k per month plus performance incentives OTE: ₹20k - ₹25k

Our customers are ambitious professionals working against visa timelines, and our sales team plays a key role in helping them take the next step in their careers.

Role Overview
The Business Development Intern will be part of the CredX US sales team, speaking directly with job seekers across the United States. The role involves outbound calls, understanding each prospect's career situation, and converting qualified conversations into sales. Every call is unscripted and conversational, so this role is built for candidates who are highly fluent in English, not just proficient. It is a hands-on sales role with structured training, daily coaching, and a clear path to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based leads provided by the company
• Qualify prospects by understanding their visa status, job search stage, and career goals
• Run consultative conversations and position CredX's services as the right solution
• Handle objections related to pricing, trust, and timing with confidence
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email until closure
• Generate additional leads through LinkedIn, student communities, and job seeker groups when required
• Maintain accurate records of every interaction in the CRM
• Achieve daily activity targets and monthly revenue targets
• Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and coaching sessions

Requirements

• Highly fluent speaker English: the ability to speak spontaneously and naturally without a script, think on your feet in English, and comfortably understand American accents and fast conversational speech
• Clear speech that is easily understood by US customers (fluency matters more than accent)
• Strong persuasion and listening skills
• Target-driven mindset with a strong hunger to earn and grow
• Resilience to handle rejection and stay consistent through high call volumes
• Willingness to work night shifts from the Hyderabad office
• Coachable attitude with the ability to apply feedback quickly
• Any graduate or final-year student (BBA, BCom, MBA, BA, or equivalent)

Preferred

• Prior experience in sales, international voice process, or customer-facing roles
• Experience speaking regularly with US or international customers
• Basic understanding of the US job market, OPT, STEM OPT, or H1B
• Familiarity with any CRM tool

Training and Development

• Structured onboarding covering the services, the US job market, sales scripts, and objection handling
• Call shadowing and live call support from senior team members during the initial weeks
• Daily call reviews and one on one coaching sessions
• Regular performance feedback against clear, transparent targets

Career Path

• Business Development Intern (Months 1 to 3)
• Business Development Executive (Pre Placement Offer): ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 fixed per month plus uncapped incentives
• Senior Business Development Executive
• Team Lead
