Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating student leads, building institutional partnerships, and driving admissions for various professional courses through direct and field marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Admissions Visit schools, colleges, ITIs, tuition centers, and career fairs to promote courses. Conduct seminars and spot counseling sessions to engage with students. Distribute brochures, posters, and conduct awareness campaigns. Collect leads and follow up with potential students/parents. Institutional Tie-Ups Develop relationships with local educational institutions for partnerships. Coordinate with placement officers or career guidance cells for student engagement. Promotions & Campaign Execution Plan and execute local marketing activities like roadshows, banners, posters, and branding. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and community events. Represent the institution in expos, exhibitions, and public meetings. Tele-calling & Follow-ups Follow up on field leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and SMS. Counsel prospective students about course details and career scope. Reporting Maintain a daily/weekly report of field visits, leads generated, and admissions closed. Update CRM or lead management tools with accurate data. Two Wheeler is must.
