About the Role

Corizo, an edtech platform offering internships, professional training, career guidance, and mentorship, is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through various platforms.
Counsel students and guide them about relevant training programs and offerings.
Convert leads into customers through consultative selling and relationship building.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and outreach strategies.
Support business development, market research, and brand visibility initiatives.
Maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills, preferably in English.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.
Quick learner with good attention to detail.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
