Business Development & Operations Role - Education

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing the business by creating awareness about various products and generating a database of potential customers. Your key tasks will include planning and executing business development activities with innovative ideas to increase business, as well as building and maintaining relationships with School Principals, Management, and Consultants for business development purposes. You will be accountable for negotiating contracts with schools and other institutes, initiating proposals, planning and developing Centers, driving Admissions Campaign, and visiting potential schools for strategic tie-ups. Developing effective working relationships with internal and external customers through regular meetings will also be a part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will need to identify new avenues of business, plan and execute strategies for brand awareness through advertising and brand promotion campaigns, as well as organizing events like seminars, workshops, exhibitions, road shows, and saturation campaigns. You will also be required to coordinate with publicity firms for outdoor media, assess new markets, analyze business opportunities, conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and data collection. Furthermore, you will assist in media campaigns, website development, print requirements, manage and maintain databases, motivate parents, adhere to schedules, and plan calendars for events. Any other tasks assigned by the Management should be completed in a timely manner. Key Requirements: - Business Development & Marketing, Operations, Knowledge of BD & Marketing strategies (Digital / Non-digital). - Knowledge and understanding of social media and other tools. - Exposure in the Education sector and willingness to travel.
