Job Description

Job title: Business development officer

Job location: Perinthalmanna

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the study abroad sector.
Promote international education programs to prospective students and parents.
Conduct visits to colleges, institutions, and other lead sources to generate inquiries.
Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Work closely with the counseling team to ensure smooth student conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (Business/Education preferred).
2–5 years of experience in
business development, student recruitment, or education services
in study abroad industry
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
Willingness to travel for institutional visits and outreach activities.
