Role & responsibilities

• Drive innovation and manage New Product Development (NPD) timelines and launches
• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing consumer needs and market gaps
• Develop and implement robust business plans and sales strategies to drive revenue
• Build, expand, and manage distribution and salon networks as per GTM strategy
• Strengthen market presence by identifying emerging markets and competitors' benchmarks
• Lead new product launches through effective planning with channel partners
• Address salon queries and ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor market penetration, outlet openings, and recurring business
• Execute category/brand strategies and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate across functions to ensure seamless product execution and profitability

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong market and category knowledge
• Experience in distributor expansion & trade relations
• Ability to analyze data from tools like IMRB, Nielsen
• Process-oriented with excellent planning & execution skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Growth mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments
