Generate leads through field visits, references, and tele-calling for Loan Against Property
Meet clients to understand their financial needs and loan eligibility
Assess property documents and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement
Guide customers regarding interest rates, EMI, tenure, and documentation
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and banks for smooth processing
Achieve monthly targets and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and daily activity logs
Education: 12Th
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Local area knowledge of Jaipur is a must
