Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted B2B sales strategy focusing on contractors, builders, developers, architects, and material suppliers. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Build strong customer relationships by understanding project needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Gain deep product knowledge to effectively present the benefits of ready-mix plaster—such as ease of use, consistent quality, faster application, and cost savings—through demos and presentations. Prepare accurate proposals, negotiate deals, and work closely with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.

3-5yrs above Experienced Candidates can apply
